The purchaser of puppy has 3 business days to have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian. Puppy is given a 2 year genetic health guarantee. This guarantee is void should
the purchaser fail to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business
days of date of possession. Breeder will not be liable for expenses including, but not limited to,
veterinarian bills or other expenses. If the veterinarian discovers the puppy is unsound, it can
be returned for replacement with another puppy of equal value. Replacement will be made
within 1 year, this provided the puppy is returned to Z&Z Miniature Schnauzers immediately
and is accompanied by a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the
puppy is unsound. No Cash Refunds will be given unless the puppy passes away while in my
care, before delivery or pick-up.

If your puppy is found by a licensed veterinarian to have a life threatening genetic defect, you
must provide me with a written assessment from a licensed veterinarian. If any life threatening
congenital defects have been determined by the veterinarian, the seller holds the right to have
a veterinarian of seller's choice provide a second opinion of assessment. No replacement will,
at anytime, be made on a deceased puppy until a necropsy is performed by a licensed
veterinarian. The necropsy report must accompany any request for a replacement.
Replacement will be made within 1 year. No Cash Refunds will be given. All expenses will be
paid by the purchaser of puppy.

No warranty or guarantee is given to the disposition, life span, size, color, show quality, or
breeding quality of any puppy.

Your puppy will have at least one set of vaccinations and will be de-wormed at least four
times. It is the purchaser's responsibility to have all further vaccinations and de-wormings
given to the puppy, as recommended by your vet. Failure to to do this can result in the puppy
being susceptible to life threatening diseases. The Seller is not responsible for any vet bills or
the death of the puppy for failure to vaccinate & de-worming properly.

The puppy must be spayed or neutered at 6 months of age or when your veterinarian
reccommends the surgery. Proof must be submitted to the seller.

Ear cropping/spay/neuter surgery: There will be no health guarantee of any kind due to
complications or the death of any puppy as a result of any of these surgeries.

This Agreement is Non-Transferable. Both parties agree that the place of venue for any and all
disputes regarding this contract and transaction shall be in Colfax County, New Mexico. No
other Warranties or Guarantees, expressed or implied, other than what is stated in this written
guarantee are valid.

I, as the Purchaser of this puppy, have read, understand, and agree to the above guarantee. I,
as the Purchaser of this puppy, agree to provide the Seller with a signed copy of this contract &
health agreement and understand if I don't provide such, this contract & health guarantee is
void.
